M 先生，国内职业学校厨师专业毕业，做粤菜厨师 7 ~ 8 年。太太在工厂打工，2 个子女均为小学阶段。
通过 SILK ROAD 的雇主担保移民项目，于加拿大餐厅入职，太太通过配偶工签于本地超市打工，相较国内收入有了较大的提高。2 个子女均免费于公立学校就读，享受加拿大当地高品质的素质教育，健康成长。经过 2 年左右的时间，全家成功获得 PR（Permanent Residence Card, 永久居民卡，即枫叶卡）。
通过自己的努力，M 先生和太太有了一定的积蓄，在获得身份后便开始经营自己的小餐厅。虽然目前还需自己同时担任厨师和服务员，工作比较辛苦，但全家人都很享受加拿大简单的生活。
